In short—not your average conference. Our aim is to build and strengthen Central and Eastern Europe’s energy efficiency community. C4E Forum has become a bi-annual community-building event taking place already for the third time.
But don’t just take our word for it. These four statements summarize the C4E Forum the best, according to our participants:
“The mix of different stakeholders and diverse perspectives is very rich”
“It has unique focus on the CEE region”
“It gives me great informal environment to build my network”
“It is interactive, not just full of frontal presentations”
The registration for the C4E Forum 2021 is open and more information on the fees structure you can find here.
Let us give you some numbers from both previous Forums:
C4E Forum is diverse and inclusive: we had stakeholders from all kinds of sectors and from more than 20 countries and we had almost perfect gender balance (49.5:50.5)
Too often policy is discussed without policy-makers in the room. Not at C4E Forum. Over 30% of the participants were from the government and public sector.
When we say focus on the CEE region, we mean it. 70% of participants were from the CEE region.
97% of our participants learned something new. Average rating of sessions was above 3.5 out of maximum 4 Participants made on average 9 new connections.
It will be slightly different from the two previous Forums but it will remain uniquely fun in the spirit of our motto: „C4E Forum – Not your average conference“.

What makes C4E Forum special are the Panel Sessions where experts from different countries share their experience and knowledge. We have already closed the call for presentation outlines and are now in the process of structuring the Panel sessions.
The list of the first confirmed panel sessions is available here. It will be updated so check out for new information.
High-level plenary sessions (opening and closing) will provide overall picture and context both from the EU and CEE perspective.
We will update the plenary subpage soon with confirmed Speakers and detailed approach to the Green Deal topic.
As always we prepare an inspiration closing talk. This year the topic will be Our planet-the responsibility we all share. A better world is created by better citizens and it will be presented by Mihai Pasti.

C4E Forum always takes place at a breathtaking location, but at an affordable cost. In 2016 we went to Bulgarian Black Sea coast, in 2018 to a beautiful riverside resort in Poland and now we move to tranquil and majestic Transylvania mountains.
C4E Forum and all the other events would not be possible without the support of the Sponsors and Contributing Partners. Read more about those companies and institutions for which energy efficiency in the CEE countries is important.
Media Partners are also very important when it comes to spreading the word about the event itself and findings from the plenaries and panel session. If you want to get involved, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
