C4E Forum 2025 Registration Information

 

Here’s everything you need to know to register and make the most of your experience at the C4E Forum 2025 in Croatia.

Save with early registration discounts

  • Super early registration fee: 700 EUR (17% off the regular fee).
  • Early registration fee: 775 EUR (9% off the regular fee).
  • Regular registration fee: 850 EUR

Check out below how many spots are left:

  • Super early registration fee – 0 left (as for 24 February)
  • Early registration fee – 0 left (as for 27 March)
  • Regular fee – 10 left

 

Additional discounts for eligible participants

Participants meeting both of the following criteria are eligible for an extra EUR 75 reduction:

  • Represent public administration or a non-profit civil organisation (Please note: the allocation for discounts to civil society organisations has been fully used.), and
  • Your organisation is based in a CEE region country.

Discounted rates:

  • Reduced registration fee: 625 EUR (26% off the regular fee).

Note: Eligibility is subject to approval by the Organising Committee. Be sure to select the reduced fee option during registration and provide any required documentation for verification.

 

What is included in your registration fee?

  • Full access to all event activities (opening ceremony, high-level plenaries, panel sessions, and closing party).
  • Accommodation in a twin-bed room, sharing with either:
    • A participant of your choice who is also a Participant of the C4E Forum 2025, or
    • A family member (special rates available).
  • All meals during the event, arranged by the organisers.

 

Room accommodation options

The standard registration (both reduced and non-reduced) includes twin-bed room accommodation.

You can pay 100 EUR more for the whole stay in addition to your fee to get a single room.

How to register

  1. Complete the online registration form with your details and preferences. Please indicate your billing address in the registration form.
  2. Receive a proforma invoice/quotation and process payment by bank transfer.
  3. Upon payment confirmation, receive your final invoice and registration confirmation.

The event will take place at the Croatia Hotel in Cavtat, Croatia. You can find more about the venue here.

Airport transfers are not organised, but we will share detailed information on available travel and transfer options.
