There are several options for EU or other projects to participate in the event! Would you like to organise a whole session at the C4E Forum 2025 for your project? Or would you like to participate at our EU projects marketplace? Read below to find out more.
There is the possibility for a pre-conference event between 14h00 and 17h30 on Tuesday afternoon depending on availability of the hotel.
To express your interest, please send us the completed application form (download here) as an attachment to an email to info@c4eforum.net (with the title “Preconference Event + NAME of PROJECT”).
Please note that as the official programme of the event starts at 18h00, we cannot guarantee the attendance of participants.
You will bear all costs of the meeting room and catering you use outside the official programme of the C4E Forum. Participants that stay to attend the C4E Forum will have to register here.
Lead a 1h30 Panel Session by choosing the topic, the speakers and the moderator. The C4E Forum organising committee will work with you to ensure sufficient interactive options and participation of the audience. Limited opportunities available for projects.
To express your interest, please send us the completed application form (download here) as an attachment to an email to info@c4eforum.net (with the title “Project Session + NAME of PROJECT”).
The cost for option 2 would be assessed on a case by case basis and would include the meeting room, catering, admin and coordination with the hotel, and other possible costs. Please contact us for more information on this point and registration fees for participants.
There will be a dedicated space for selected participants and projects to showcase their case studies, projects, or other insights through posters. Learn more about how to submit your application for a poster here.
Additionally, a selection of EU-funded and other notable projects will have the option to display a roll-up banner for enhanced visibility in the same space. A structured networking session is planned in the Knowledge Hub area. Posters and banners from EU projects will remain accessible throughout the event.
