Cancellation and refund policy
By registering for the event, you agree to pay the registration fee as per the fee structure.
If you wish to cancel your registration, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows *:
- 50 EUR for cancellations before 20 January 2021
- 100 EUR for cancellations before 20 February 2021
- No cancellation is possible after 20 February 2021
* applicable for new registrations for the postponed C4E Forum 2020 (21-24 April 2021)
All registrants will receive a proforma invoice by email, sent to the email address indicated in the registration form. Payments can be processed online by card or by bank transfer (shared bank fees are requested) as per payment instructions indicated on the proforma invoice and in the received message.
Proforma invoices will have a non-negotiable expiry date, after which the amount due might increase based on the registration fee structure; if the payment is not processed within the indicated deadline, a new proforma invoice will be issued.
All payments will be processed in Euros (EUR).
After the payment is made, the invoice (tax relevant document) will be issued and delivered to all registrants by email.
Photos, video and audio recordings
Photos, video and audio recordings taken during the conference may be published on the organisers’ website and social networks.
