C4E 2023 Champion 
Programme
C4E Forum is a time-efficient event starting late on Tuesday and finishing early on Friday with departures. This means 2,5 days full of different types of sessions focusing on energy efficiency.
Preconference events
If you arrive earlier on the first day of the C4E Forum check out the pre-conference events planned so that the time is spent efficiently on the topic of energy-efficiency.
Plenaries
Opportunity to gather all C4E participants in one place and attend presentations of high level Speakers from international institutions, CEE countries and EU, invited to present and discuss regionally relevant subjects:
- Opening plenary – Leaders of the buidlings sector on capacity gaps and promoting energy efficiency in CEE
- Second plenary – Political leadership in times of crisis – How can closer cooperation foster energy efficiency as a solution to energy crisis?
Panel sessions
Main topics addressed at the event are energy security, the rebuilding of Ukraine and EU policy (REPowerEU and Fit-for-55 package).

Controversial ideas session
Conferences often feel like preaching to the choir. Everyone patting each other on the back, agreeing on everything. It can even get a bit boring. Yet, we all know the best memorable events are the ones that are spiced up by a little controversy e.g. Do we need more policy at EU level or do we need the MS acting now?

The C4E Forum 2023 took place in the central location of Šamorín near Bratislava, Slovakia in X-bionic Sphere – a big accommodation and sports complex, beautifully located on the banks of the Danube River.
