Registration fee

Cancellation and refund policy

By registering for the event, you agree to pay the registration fee as per the fee structure.

If you wish to cancel your registration, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

• 100 EUR for cancellations before 30 April 2023
• No cancellation is possible after 30 April 2023

Payment

All registrants will receive a proforma invoice by email, sent to the email address indicated in the registration form. Payments can be processed online by card or by bank transfer (shared bank fees are requested) as per payment instructions indicated on the proforma invoice and in the received message.

Proforma invoices will have a non-negotiable expiry date, after which the amount due might increase based on the registration fee structure; if the payment is not processed within the indicated deadline, a new proforma invoice will be issued.

All payments will be processed in Euros (EUR).

After the payment is made, the invoice (tax relevant document) will be issued and delivered to all registrants by email.

Privacy policy

Registrants agree to the Privacy Policy published on the C4E Forum website.

Photos, video and audio recordings

By registering to attend the C4E Forum, registrants agree that any photos, video and audio recordings taken during the conference can be published on the organisers’ website and social networks.
